BackOffice Associates® Announces Formation of New Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Unit

BackOffice Associates, LLC, a worldwide leader in data migration and information governance solutions, with a concentration on enhancing ERP data quality, today announced their newly formed Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Unit. A rapidly growing multi-billion dollar market with unique data management challenges, BackOffice’s deep expertise and track record of successful implementations in HCM will help support customers and ecosystem partners, including system integrators, establish and maintain success in their projects.

Julia Mench, senior vice president of global HCM solutions at BackOffice Associates, will lead the new HCM Business Unit. In this role, Julia will be responsible for developing an investment strategy and growth plan for the business. Mench has substantial experience working in the HCM market for over 20 years and has helped many customers address specific data management challenges such as multiple source integration, organizational management data integrity, HR data for mergers and divestitures, and data quality processes to ensure payroll accuracy.

In addition to his role as president and CEO of BackOffice Canada, Ian McLaren will take on a more active role in the leadership and direction of BackOffice’s consultancy delivery practice. McLaren will help define, staff and set up the next wave of Industry and Line of Business units for BackOffice Associates.
