Everstone, Solmark buy controlling stake in Servion for Rs 403 crore


Everstone Capital, one of the largest India-focused private equity firms, and with Solmark, have agreed to invest Rs 403 crore to acquire a controlling stake in Chennai-based customer interaction management solutions company Servion Global.

Solmark, which is run by ex-Headstrong executives, and Everstone were in discussions to acquire the stake in Servion for several months, ET had reported in February.TPG Capital and Advent International were also bidding for the company.
