Pontoon Ranked #1 RPO Provider by Outsourcing Institute

 

JACKSONVILLE, FL (March 20, 2013) – In its inaugural client-satisfaction survey The Outsourcing Institute (“OI”), in association with Human Resource Executive magazine ranked Pontoon as the best overall RPO provider out of a field of more than 40 RPO providers who were referenced. The ranking, announced on Monday, March 11, 2013 placed Pontoon #1, with an overall score of 657, which was 50 points higher than the average score for the remaining 9 providers receiving recognition.

The published survey results and the subsequent rankings are based on actual, verifiable survey results data and analysis from the existing clients of RPO providers, in more than 15 different industries, completed by Human Capital Group LLC, an independent third party. The survey results are published to assist companies in their assessment of RPO providers.

In determining the overall ranking, the results were tabulated and analyzed by HCG across four primary categories, purposefully selected to provide buyers with insights into key criteria used in evaluating and selecting a recruitment process outsourcing provider:

  • Understanding client needs
  • Solution delivery
  • Value for fees
  • General-service capabilities

Categories and questions are weighted based on client-selected importance factors for determining the overall score. The calculated scores demonstrate the relative differences of the service providers based on the feedback of their clients. Within the ranking for each of the categories, Pontoon scored highest in the highly regarded Solution Delivery category, and near the top of all other remaining categories. Of note, the Solution Delivery category was used to score the clients’ perception of the vendor’s ability to provide a well-defined transition process; meet the requirements outlined in the statement of work; meet the client’s compliance requirements, technology and system requirements; and provide qualified candidates in a consistent and timely way.
