Randstad Sourceright Launches Shared Services Center to Support Growing Global RPO Demand in EMEA

Sourcing Expert Balazs Paroczay Joins Shared Services Center Leadership to Drive Innovation and Performance in Sourcing and Recruiting

BOSTON, Feb. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Randstad Sourceright, a global talent solutions leader, today unveiled a new Shared Services Center, located in Budapest, Hungary, to address the growing demand for its industry-leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions in EMEA, as well as enrich services to existing clients across the region.

Leveraging the company’s established expertise in RPO, Randstad Sourceright’s new Shared Services Center offers a central team of sourcing specialists and multi-lingual recruiters, and provides clients with a crucial advantage in competing for talent through innovative approaches to sourcing and candidate engagement.  Led by Randstad Sourceright director of Operations and Service Delivery for EMEA, Marc van den Bergh, the Hungary-based delivery hub is the newest of 10 Randstad Sourceright Shared Service Centers worldwide. Additional locations provide support in the U.S, Canada, U.K, India, China, Philippines, Malaysia and Australia.

The demand for RPO continues to grow, as companies seek solutions to attract, engage and acquire best talent through an effective and efficient, scalable model. This calls for a service delivery model that leverages “best location” advantage in terms of cost, scalability, quality and risk considerations. Opening the delivery center and combining it with Randstad Sourceright’s local presence will further expand client access to such a sophisticated delivery model for the EMEA region.

With the introduction of the Budapest Shared Services Center, Randstad Sourceright also expanded its leadership team with the addition of sourcing expert and industry thought leader, Balazs Paroczay, who will serve as leader of the company’s Sourcing and Recruiting Center of Expertise within EMEA. As an integral part of the Shared Services Center’s leadership, Paroczay will draw on his expertise to propel sourcing innovation and help drive business impact for Randstad Sourceright’s RPO clients. A talent resourcing lead with nearly a decade of experience within the executive search and corporate talent resourcing industries, Paroczay is a well-recognized creative sourcing expert.

“The Shared Services Center will bring added value to our RPO solutions for clients in EMEA by expanding regional delivery resources and expertise,” said Ron Bosma, Director of Randstad Sourceright EMEA. “As we unveil this center and strategically expand both our global footprint and leadership team, Randstad Sourceright will continue to drive the industry innovation and highest levels of customer support that differentiate us as the go-to RPO solutions provider around the world.”

“I’m truly excited to be joining Randstad Sourceright in this time of tremendous growth for RPO in EMEA,” commented Paroczay. “Through our extensive global resources and local labor market expertise, we are applying the next generation of effective sourcing strategies to discover and secure the critical talent our clients need to grow and succeed in a competitive business environment.”
