Peoplefluent®, a leading social human capital management technology company, announced top HR industry analyst speakers at its WISDOM 2013 Global Conference, taking place September 22-25, 2013 in Orlando, Fla.

The conference, which will open with a keynote address from veteran business leader Carly Fiorina, will also feature an interactive panel discussion with leading talent management analysts:

  •     Christine Ferrusi Ross, Vice President, Global Council Research, Forrester Research
  •     Yvette Cameron, Research Director, HCM Technologies, Gartner Inc.
  •     Mark Smith, CEO & Chief Research Officer, Ventana Research

Scheduled for Monday, September 23, Christine Ferrusi Ross, Yvette Cameron and Mark Smith will speak on emerging HR and talent management best practices and processes and how implementing the technologies that enable them are more critical to the enterprise than ever before. This includes evolving beyond expensive and IT-dependent legacy on-premise software, data repositories and even spreadsheets to implementing software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud-based systems that allow for robust data management, predictive analytics and configurable talent profile workflows – everything HR and senior executives should know and understand to maximize the performance of their workforce.

Ferrusi Ross, Cameron and Smith are among the most recognized names in the HR industry, with a wealth of experience in business intelligence and analytics, business development and the newest enterprise technologies.

Ferrusi Ross designed and implemented Forrester Research’s influential vendor management research program and currently works with a roster of global clients to ensure workforce and operational flexibility and mitigate risk. Cameron has spent 16 years as an executive-level leader and product strategist, helping HR and organizations deliver business results through efficiency and effectiveness of people processes. In her current role at Gartner, she researches current and emerging trends in human capital management, and publishes research on ways organizations can optimize their HCM program investments. Smith is a seasoned expert in performance management, business intelligence and analytics. He brings nearly 20 years of productive development and research experience at companies including SAP and Oracle to his role leading Ventana Research.

On Tuesday, September 24, these panelists and other industry analysts will participate in an Analyst Day, to network and brainstorm strategy with WISDOM Conference attendees.
