Daybreak Group provides a wide array of home- and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Since its inception over 17 years ago, Daybreak has experienced rapid growth, providing services to more than 1,100 people throughout Texas in approximately 158 group homes, individual homes, foster care settings, and day habilitation sites.
Daybreak Group had been using another cloud provider for its HCM, but ongoing issues with customer support spurred executives to search for a tenured HCM provider with a solid track record of exemplary customer support and retention.
