Japan based ERP Applications provider Works Applications plans to enter US market with its ERP suites, to start with its a eyeing space in HCM market a very competitive and crowded market.
The HCM tool called AI Works will be available using a straightforward cost model that includes any implementation and configuration work required by customers in early 2016 reported bloomberg.

The HCM system will include the entire gamut, such as onboarding, payroll, management of benefits, recruiting, talent management, time and attendance, travel and expense, reporting and learning.
